Delivery Options

In our latest innovation, TriBrands now offers free delivery on all orders to major metropolitan centres in South Africa. 

Time frames estimated from time of order and/or payment. TriBrands is not responsible in any way for any delays in delivery of goods for any reason whatsoever. Some products may attract an additional delivery fee due to excess/unusual size and weight, we will make direct contact on relevant orders in these rare cases. 

TRIBRANDS OR THEIR COURIERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ONCE PARCELS ARE SIGNED FOR AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS PROVIDED.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted on unopened, unused merchandise in the original condition and packaging within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been unsealed, opened and/or used.

All return courrier fees are for the customers expense.

A 20% handling fee will be charged on any returns which will be deducted when we issue you a credit note.

Damaged items

Should you receive any item that has been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately email: info@tribrands.co.za. Please include a picture of the item so that we can improve the packing of the products.
